White paper review re: Digital Marketing. This white paper "Websites are dead" may help you with your 10-year plan (too long term?). I have reviewed it. Some components in Marketing are changing all the time. It has some interesting points. Customer engagement, interaction and digital presence are key. The term of digital presence makes me think of how customers view us online. You need multiple fronts, i.e. Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter. How to engage each. Yes, we are all busy. Think loong term. How to allocate some resources to do that. Any idea what the digital world looks like in 5 to 10 years?
